🚚 Delivery Methods and Timeframes (only applicable to Hong Kong)
- Delivery Preparation: Once an order enters the delivery process, it cannot be suspended or modified (including address changes, cancellation of delivery, or return requests).
- Shipping Time: Products will be dispatched 1–7 business days via SF Express within 1–7 business days after purchase (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- Delivery Time：Standard areas require approximately 1–2 business days.Remote areas or special addresses may take longer.
- Designated CourierOur store exclusively uses SF EXPRESS。

⚠️ Important notice: SF Express delivery progress inquiry
- SF Express WhatsApp, notifications have been discontinued.
- Customers must downloadand use the SF Express App」 to track delivery progress and receive pickup codes.
- Please keep track of the logistics progress. If due to personal reasons, Failure to sign for or pick up the package within the specified time, leading to the emergence of Late payment penalties/storage fees, the full cost must be borne by the customer.
- If the package is unfortunately returned, the customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs and the second shipping fee.
- Additional charges for delivery in remote areas are the responsibility of the guest. For details on the applicable fee areas, please refer toHerereview

- Please ensure that accurate personal information and a correct delivery address are provided at the time of purchase.。
- Any additional costs incurred due to returned shipments or re-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information must be borne by the customer.。
- If you choose an SF Express station or self-pickup point, please ensure that you can pick up your package within the specified period to avoid additional fees for overdue items.
- The company's self-pickup point must be picked up within 7 working days. Overdue items will be charged a warehouse fee of HK$20 per day.
To help customers estimate delivery times, we have optimized the shipping date display (see image below). This date will be shown on the checkout page and also included in the confirmation email for reference.
