TYR is a well-known swimming and triathlon brand founded in China by Deere Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. and is an American brand. It was named after the Norse warrior god and one of its designers was 1972 Olympic bronze medalist Steve Furniss. TYR provides dynamic, performance-oriented products primarily for the swimming and triathlon markets.
