Swimwear washing and maintenance
Neutral Detergent
✔ Before taking off the swimsuit and washing it, you can rinse the whole body with cold water; ✔ If you are at the beach, you must shake off the sand and then rinse with water; ✔ When cleaning, add a little neutral detergent, such as cold dish soap; ✔ Then soak the swimsuit in the water and rub it gently with your hands;
選購泳裝Do not use bleach
✖ The particles of washing powder are relatively large and can easily get stuck in the fibers of swimsuits; ✖ The washing powder must be completely dissolved before washing; ✖ Bleach can also easily damage the fibers of swimsuits, so it should not be used;
Do not Using a Washing Machine
✖ Never use a washing machine to clean your swimsuit, as it can easily deform;
✔ It is recommended to hand wash, but do not dehydrate.
You can first use a bath towel or large towel to roll up the swimsuit to absorb the water and then dry it;
Do not Using a Dryer
✖ Swimsuits are easy to dry, so there is little need to use a clothes dryer; ✖ The high-temperature hot air of a clothes dryer can easily deform swimsuits;
ONEPIECE
✔ One-piece swimsuits can be dried on a hanger, just fold the swimsuit in half and hang it on the hanger; ✖ Do not hang only the shoulder straps on the hanger, because a swimsuit that absorbs water easily pulls down and loses its elasticity;
選購連身泳衣Two-piece swimsuits/yoga suits
✔ For two-piece swimsuits/yoga suits, do not directly clamp the shoulder strap part,
which can also easily lose elasticity. You can use clothespins to clamp the lower edge of the top,
and the pants part of the lower body can also be clamped with clothespins.
Storage in Laundry Bag
✖ It is recommended not to use a sealed bag for storage after cleaning the swimsuit.
Because when the air is squeezed out during storage, the swimsuit is easily deformed and loses its elasticity in a closed space.
You can use a breathable laundry bag for storage.
✔ Choose TYR dry and wet separation bag, which is an ideal carry-on item for separating dry and wet items or heavy training equipment.
Remark:
It is generally not recommended to wear a swimming suit for swimming in hot springs, as it will shorten the life of the swimming suit.
There are special hot spring swimsuits on the market, and the two should be separated. When you need to take the swimsuit home for cleaning after wearing it, do not put it in the trunk with a higher temperature.
